    • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Providing customers with helpful information regarding products and services
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
    • Generating reports and analyzing customer feedback Qualifications:Requirements & Skills:
    • 3+ years of customer service experience.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
