Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with a minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in Proficiency in and familiarity with Tailwind CSS would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using as the primary framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Implement and maintain best practices in front-end development to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies to drive innovation and improvements in our products
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions while ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in development
• Possessing expertise in web development projects such as CRM and ERP systems (preferred)
• Experience with and familiarity with Tailwind CSS (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Prior experience in a product-based IT company is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
