- Manage Xiaomi's sell-in and sell-out across smartphones.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in Organised Trade, Retail chains
- Plan and execute ATL and retail marketing inside and outside the stores across OT Partners
- Execute interventions to increase sell-in and sell-out
- Manage promoters
- Increase ASPs
- Monitoring sales, planning interventions & replenishment for existing categories
- Planning platform's participation in Xiaomi's sale events and vice versa
- Negotiating maximum eyeballs for our products on partner platforms
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Preferred industries: handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints etc.
