• Dealing with customers through voice communication
• Providing customer support via phone calls for international customers, in multiple languages
• Troubleshooting customer queries and requests
• Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions for review and follow-up
• Utilizing computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
• Handling all the customer service-related issues such as greeting, placing a call, handling an inquiry and following up with the customer
• Ensuring that communication between human and machine is clear and efficient
• Having good written communication skill

Education Citeria : Any graduation No BE /BTECH ,Post graduates .

Work Location : Bangalore ,Kudlu gate .

ONLY FRESHERS

Salary : 3LPA - 3.25LPA

Shifts : Flexible with any shifts .
