- Dealing with customers through voice communication
- Providing customer support via phone calls for international customers, in multiple languages
- Troubleshooting customer queries and requests
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions for review and follow-up
- Utilizing computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
- Handling all the customer service-related issues such as greeting, placing a call, handling an inquiry and following up with the customer
