Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at NRoute. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
