They areexpected to assist students throughout their studyabroad journey from shortlisting the right tcourses and universities to ensuring theirsuccessful admission and enrolment.

Thestudent coach serves as the primary contact for the student and isresponsible for student satisfaction andoverall studentWhat will youdo Graduate/MBA in the field ofbusiness/management/psychologyPrior experience in edtech is preferableMinimum of 2 to 5 years of experienceExemplary sales and negotiation skillswhilehaving a student rstapproach.

Possess strong researchskills Ability to present persuadeandcommunicate effectively oral andwritten. Comfortable juggling multipleprojects andworking on tightdeadlines.

Build crossdiscipline relationshipsin theorganisation partnering closely withthe Growthteam Student Counsellors KeyAccountManagersLoan counsellors Test prepandother support functions whileprovidingfeedback andinsights.

Execute the Postoffermanagementprocess alongside the deposits andensuretimely coordination with the Visateamand the Internationaloffice Implement the nuance of salestrategies andensure that the number oftargets are metthroughout the intakecycles.
