Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager at Kalyan Group located in Kalyan. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sourcing and procurement, vendor management, negotiation, and contract management.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead the procurement of real estate services, ensuring best-in-class vendors, optimal pricing, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and construction.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored sourcing solutions.

Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contract conditions.

Manage the RFP process, evaluating proposals, and recommending optimal solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Monitor and report on sourcing performance, tracking KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or real estate.

Proven success in negotiating complex contracts and achieving cost savings.

Strong understanding of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Professional certifications like CIPS, CPSM, or SIOR.

Experience with procurement software and tools.

Knowledge of construction and project management principles.
