    Role: Talent Management and Organizational Development

    Job Description:

    This role holder within the Talent Management and Organizational Development Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives. Reporting to the Lead of the CoE, the incumbent will be responsible for spearheading various talent management and organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and performance across the organization.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Performance Management - Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
    • Leadership Development - Identify leadership development needs within the organization and design and deliver leadership development programs. Identify coaching and mentoring strategies / solutions to high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
    • Managerial Skill Development - Partner with business leaders & HR business partners to solution the challenges in managerial skills and develop a learning curriculum to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
    • Succession Planning - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key roles. Implement strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical positions.
    • Organizational Effectiveness - Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose issues impacting performance and effectiveness. Example, design career tracks / career pathing or work with business in the spans & layers exercise to improve employee experience and retention. Recommend and implement interventions to improve organizational processes, structures, and culture.
    • Change Management - Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and initiatives. Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to facilitate successful change implementation.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting - Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management and organizational development initiatives. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
    • Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain effective relationships with HR business partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent management initiatives with business goals and objectives.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5-7 of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions within CoE in large organizations (example – Consultant / Senior Consultants in Talent Management & OD, professionals working in organizations with a large CoE presence)
    • Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends as well as experience designing and implementing initiatives org-wide
    • Ability to lead and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
