    As a Business Development Executive at ourorganization you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reachand driving growth by identifying and cultivating strategicpartnerships with corporate HRs and Training Heads.

    Leveraging yourstrong interpersonal skills industry insights and business acumenyou will initiate and nurture relationships to generate potentialleads for our executive education programs.

    Your efforts willcontribute significantly to our enrolment targets and overallbusiness objectives.
    Key Roles &Responsibilities Conductthorough research to identify potential corporate partners HRexecutives and Training Heads within targetindustries. Stayupdated on industry trends corporate learning needs and executivedevelopment requirements to inform leadgenerationstrategies. Proactively initiate contact with HR and Training stakeholdersthrough various channels including emails calls and networkingevents. Cultivatestrong relationships and establish rapport to position ourorganization as a preferred partner for executive education. Arrange and conductmeetings with HRs Training Heads and relevant decisionmakers tounderstand their organizational goals and learningneeds. Consultatively propose executive education solutions that alignwith the specific requirements of eachcompany. Presentproposals to potential partners in a compelling and persuasivemanner. Maintain awellorganized and uptodate pipeline of potential leads prospectsand ongoing partnership discussions. Regularly update the CRM system withaccurate information and progress status. Set track and report on key performancemetrics related to lead generation partnership development andconversion rates. Provide timely updates to management on the progress of corporatepartnership initiatives.


    Key SkillsRequired:

    Excellentnetworking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability toengage and influence decisionmakers. Analytical mindset to assess potentialpartnership opportunities and align them with companygoals. Proficiencyin using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and collaborationtools. Strongunderstanding of corporate learning and developmenttrends. Selfmotivated proactive and adaptable to a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment. Ability to work on multiple assignments. Exceptional communication and presentationskills both written and verbal.


    EducationalQualifications:

    Thecandidate should be a Graduate / PostGraduate (MBA/PGDM inMarketing) in the related fields. The candidate must be well versed with themarketing terms and up to date with the current markettrends The candidateshould have exceptionally excellent communication skills (bothwritten & verbal) and interpersonalskills. Resultsoriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet orexceed targets. Willing to travel for meetings. Willingness to learn and to work accordingto timelines.


    DesirableQualifications:

    Apostgraduate degree with relevant work experience (BusinessDevelopment roles) would be an addedadvantage

    Malecandidates preferred
    Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of postqualificationrelevant experience in B2B Business Development role withcorporates
