    We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer for our client manufacturing company located in Chennai. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore South, Tamil Nadu, with a competitive salary range. Join us and be a part of our dedicated team of professionals

    3 Months training will be provided in spain

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the [specific industry/sector]
    • Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, such as Ansys
    • Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical calculations and 3D modeling
    • Proficiency in using software applications like AutoCAD and SolidWorks
    • Experience with sheet metal design and fabrication
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop innovative and functional product designs, considering factors such as usability, maneuverability, and cost-effectiveness
    • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate design performance and make necessary improvements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and manufacturing engineers, to ensure design feasibility and timely project completion
    • Create detailed technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
    • Perform mechanical calculations to validate design parameters and ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for design optimization
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative design techniques and materials
    • Support the prototyping and testing of designs, making adjustments as necessary
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production
    • Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, changes, and specifications
