Key responsibilities :

Develop and share project plans with all cross functional team members to enable a highly effective team working to a common goal
Develop project financial plans and manage the project expenditure in close collaboration with finance teams
Coordinate technical and nontechnical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success
Lead, support, and influence a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
Proactively identify project risks, implement controls and appropriately, escalate visibility where risks may result in significant impact on the project
Resolve blockers for the team as they arise to support our high performing teams
Responsible for ensuring that the product is developed in accordance with Annalise quality management systems and project regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working in medical device product development
Demonstrated experience in product development, project management, and team leadership
High Level communication and negotiations skills with a strong ability to build successful relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
Technical fluency, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate to both technical and nontechnical team members
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to work effectively in projects with high levels of ambiguity and complexity
