Responsibilities:

• AI voice generator development and training: create a model similar to elevenlabs.
• The model should support multi-languages.
• It should be cost-efficient.
• Machine Learning: Work on machine learning algorithms to improve the AI capabilities of the platform.
• AI Model deployment.
• AI Model API / SDK creation.
• Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to enhance the platform.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including product managers and designers, to ensure seamless implementation of features.
• Database Management: (Optional) Design, implement, and maintain MySQL databases for optimal performance and scalability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and system architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Python development.
• MLOps is recommended.
• Strong knowledge of Data Science / AI development / LLM training.
• Experience with MySQL database design and management will be a good plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
