Corporate Planning:
Strategic and annual business planning; financial analysis to back key business decisions
Prepare the business plan. Formulate Long term strategy based on business objectives and aspirations, industry trends and competition
Evaluation of potential acquisitions, investments, new business models, opportunities including private equity investments
To continuous have a close watch over new age technology space and giving a periodic feedback to Director regarding latest trends & happenings in the start up space at global level
Strategic Initiatives:
Work on specific functional projects (identified as per business requirements) to improve metrics and KPIs
Track business performance, status on functional plans and strategic initiatives on a periodic basis
To assist the Director in identification of business strategic priorities along with regular monitoring and review of the progress made against the same
Process Improvements:
Study and understand the existing process for all departments. Suggesting and implementing the suitable changes to make the depts more efficient and effective in their operations and follow up actions.
Business Analysis:
Review and monitoring of business/industry reports, financial performance Identify and flag any issues/challenges across the business functions
Provide data and analytical and support to the Director through efficient use of MIS reports and tools
Enable Director with insightful analysis on market, operations, customers, competitors etc.
To conduct primary & secondary research as per Directors instructions & preparing it in the form of research report
Interactions:
Coordinate for seamless data and information flow within different functions in the business.
Build dashboards, templates for easy data capture, analyses and insights.
Follow-up on key decisions, key business priorities with various persons across the organization
Coordinate with business and functional heads to keep Director abreast of events across the Business
Act as a repository of data for the business
To have external communications as well depending upon situation
Any other work assigned from time to timeand operating metrics
