As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position with a focus on talent acquisition in the IT, EMS, Defense, and Aerospace sectors.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
