As a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist with Spring Health, you will be an integral part of our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

You will work with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that prioritizes patient outcomes and provide counseling to clients with various benefits and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs
• Maintain a calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner
• Culturally competent and empathetic care upholding values of diversity and inclusion
• Collaborate with provider support teams and administrative care support teams as needed

Requirements:

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling in India
• Post-graduate experience with at least 10 years of clinical experience
• Telehealth competence and comfort with technology
• Availability for some in-person sessions in Srikakulam
• Training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, and safety planning
