    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who can lead and execute social advertising strategies, manage Google & Meta ad campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive ROI. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid ads, and good knowledge of SEO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Social Media Advertising & Strategy

    • Plan, create, and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
    • Develop monthly ad roadmaps and campaign funnels.
    • Optimize campaigns for reach, conversions, and ROI.

    2. Google Ads Management

    • Run Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
    • Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and optimize regularly.

    3. Meta Ads Management

    • Implement targeted and retargeting campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
    • Create audience segmentation and improve ad quality & performance.

    4. Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, Leads, and Sales.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Use analytics tools to identify insights and optimize campaigns.

    5. SEO Knowledge

    • Work with the SEO team to maintain alignment between organic and paid strategies.
    • Basic understanding of on-page, keywords, and ranking factors.

    6. Collaboration & Creativity

    • Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, videos, and copies.
    • Suggest new ideas for lead generation and campaign improvement.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
    • Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
    • Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
    • Ability to analyze data and create clear reports.
    • Strong communication and decision-making skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies.
    • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush/Ahrefs (optional).
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
