    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:-

    -Leading a team of 4,5 counselor

    -Connecting with parents & students visiting institute or via call.

    -Counseling parents and students for admission process.

    -Engaging team into various counseling activities.

    -Business Development.

    NOTE:- No Targets

    SKILLS:-

    -Good communication skills

    -Self motivated.

    -Enthusiastic

    -Convincing approach

    -Soft spoken

    -Go Getter Attitude

    Requirements:-

    -Any Graduate

    -Should have an experience of 2-3 years in student counseling

    -Should be good with local language.

    -Should have handled team of 3,4 people.
