- Lead the activities of quality and change performance against standards and take necessary corrective actions.
- Establish and execute on a quality and change management strategy and initiatives to ensure global quality and agility to meet customer demand.
- Propose, develop and execute actions based on customer feedback and warranties.
- Maintain and develop further mistake proof production system.
- Lead and manage a strong team of quality and engineering professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead all initiatives related to ISO management and development for Safety, Environment and Quality Alwar Unit.
- Establish and execute quality management systems and operational metrics to ensure sustained and continuous improvements in quality and change initiatives.
- Own and drive continuous improvement programs around performance, quality, service, environment and safety.
- Leding development and upskilling of all Blue-Collar Employees of Metso Alwar unit.
- Recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15-20 years of total experience including 10 years' relevant work experience at a senior capacity in quality assurance and change management role.
- A Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in quality management, change management, and process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Manager) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills. A bias for action and detail-oriented behaviours are required.
- Ability to work in a team, multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Introduction
We are seeking for Head, Quality, Change Management & Trainings to join our passionate and dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of quality assurance, change management and blue collar employee development initiatives for Aggregates products. Your role plays a crucial part to ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness, and that changes are implemented in a controlled and structured manner which will contribute to positively impact and maintain excellent relations with customers. In this position, you will report to Vice President – Aggregates, Alwar and work in matrix with Head of Quality, Aggregate Business Area.
This position is mainly located in Alwar Factory; however, it may involve travel to various locations based on requirement.

You will join a team of Quality, Change Management and Trainings dedicated to assuring the quality objectives. We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as multiple business leaders, global colleagues, and corporate team. Our team culture is all about aiming high to achieve business goals in global cross-cultural environment. The members in our team are located in India and various countries.
