Responsibilities

Managing the access and password management via AD for all domains and forests applicable.

Providing support and assistance to user Incidents/problem/Change implementation, analysis, follow-up and troubleshooting Processing requests, Communicate politely and effectively with the foreign Clients.

Out Of Box Thinking - Automating the repeated & Standard procedures to help reduce Manual efforts. Client satisfaction should be the first priority with no escalations.
Managing communication and administration follow-up Operating procedures writing and follow-up Reporting and activity indicators updates Information support and update of knowledge management databasesPerforming the releases in productionPlay a part in : Ensuring that the security processes are followed Making suggestions for optimized security levels Checking security levelsSuggest improvements which might be needed

Profile required

5 to 8 years of experience.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, O365Good knowledge on Java, Tomcat/ Active Directory, SSO . AD knowledge MandatoryExperience in operating applications on Windows, Unix and LinuxGood application and system troubleshooting skillsDatabase (and SQL language) knowledge – SQL, PostGreSQLGood knowledge on LDAPAutomation skills using API Calls, Python, Powershell is an advantage_IAM experience is a plus
