    International Sales Executive (Night Shift)

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a driven and experienced International Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in US cold calling, particularly in IT sales or NetSuite sales, to join our team for the night shift.

    As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in international markets during non-traditional business hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct US cold calls during the night shift to identify and qualify leads in the IT or NetSuite market segment.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs, and positioning our IT solutions or NetSuite offerings effectively.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating leads and driving sales.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and our company's goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of 1 to 3 years of experience in US cold calling, specifically in IT sales or NetSuite sales.
    • Strong understanding of IT solutions or NetSuite ERP Tool, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Flexibility to work the night shift, covering different time zones, to accommodate our international clients' needs.
    • Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
