We arelooking for a Senior Analyst to join us fulltime fromJune2024.

Tasks

• CFOasaServiceYou will assist our project team in advising venture capitalbackedcompanies in the field of CFOAsAService creating financial modelsin Microsoft Excel as well as working on controlling structuresinvestor reportings and board presentations
• Fundraising and M&A You will assistin structuring fundraising rounds as well as M&Atransactions including the preparation of pitch materials decks financial models company presentations) and supportduring the due diligence process.
• Due Diligenceand Valuation You will assist our project team in creating duediligence and valuation reports for ourclients

Requirements

• Youhave completed your MBA/CFA (level 2 passed)/CA or Masters degreein Finance Economics Business Administration or a related fieldfrom a reputed university
• Highly numerical andarticulate Strong demonstrable quantitative skills throughexcellent academic performance and preferable initialrelevant work experience of 23 yearsin venture capital investment banking M&A highgrowthstartup and/or management consulting.
• Keen totake on responsibility We delegate responsibility quickly.Therefore we are looking for people who enjoy to take onresponsibility early are selfmotivated and have a high degree ofstamina to work within a high energy and focused teamenvironment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset We arelooking for entrepreneurially driven people who are motivated tolead nonproject initiatives such as networking events clientacquisition business development marketing etc. and activelydevelop Trustventure with us.
