    Role:

    This role will be responsible for driving resource fulfillment and recruitment processes across Corporate functions while extending essential support to Hospital Units for critical hiring needs. The ideal candidate will possess a sound background in talent acquisition with a particular emphasis on clinical and hospital hiring.

    Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, Bengaluru

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Post-Graduation in HR
    • Proven track record of 4 - 7 years in Talent Acquisition
    • Experience in Healthcare/Clinical Hiring is strongly preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead end-to-end hiring processes for Corporate functions and support Hospital Units with critical hiring requirements.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define job specifications, and establish hiring criteria.
    3. Employ various sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, targeted searches, and industry-specific research.
    4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to identify the best-suited individuals.
    5. Ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience through effective scheduling, coordination, and communication.
    6. Develop expertise in industry compensation standards, internal equity principles, and benefits to attract top talent.
    7. Uphold compliance with policies and processes while advocating for HRMS adoption throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
    8. Generate and present insightful reports and dashboards to hiring managers and HR leadership.
    9. Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to identify hiring needs and leverage internal networks for candidate sourcing.
    10. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and culture.

    Candidate Skills:

    • Certification in behavioral assessment processes and recruitment methodologies is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), and digital/social recruitment tools.
    • Exposure to both campus recruitment and lateral hiring is desirable.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability to dynamic situations.

    Internal: Hiring managers of various departments, IT team, Brand team, Other HR teams (L&D, HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, Unit HR)

    External: Candidates, Recruitment Partners, BGV partners, Market research firms, external HR vendors
