    To manage the Business Development & Strategic planning activities of the Company, focus on Building, Factories, Township, Commercial complex, Hospitals, Buildings Projects & Roads.

    Reporting to Director / CMD

    • Formulation & implementation of Business Development plan for Domestic & International market
    • Explore new business opportunities and sectors
    • Explore new territories & segments
    • Ensure healthy order book in pipeline with YoY(>45%) & bottom line of YoY (>15%)
    • Build strong relationships with Government Bodies, clients & private developers
    Strategy Formulation

    • Conducting Market survey & preparation of feasibility reports
    • Bidding & Tendering management
    • Meaningful MIS to Top management
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
    • MBA with a focus on construction management or related fields can be valuable
