Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Senior Manager Business Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, commercial negotiations, and strategic planning.

They will play a crucial role in supporting our business's financial decisions and contributing to its overall growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis : Conduct indepth financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking, including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Commercial Negotiations : Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
• Business Case Development : Create and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for investment decisions.
• Metrics Tracking : Monitor and track key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Budgeting and Planning : Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop bottomup budgets and annual operating plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• MIS Reporting : Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.
• Industry Specific Experience : If applicable, leverage experience in the audio or video streaming industry to bring industryspecific insights and strategies to the CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance (or both) from a reputable institution.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
• Adept at problemsolving and decisionmaking in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in the audio or video streaming industry is a plus
