    About the Role


    We are seeking an experienced credit professional to join our team as a Credit Manager.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Maintain and improve the quality of our loan portfolio by ensuring that all credit proposals meet strict underwriting guidelines and standards;

    • Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions on loan approvals, taking into account customer creditworthiness and financial situation;

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our company's credit policies, processes, and industry trends to stay ahead in the market;

    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations staff, and senior management,

    • Schedule regular meetings with customers to discuss their progress toward meeting their repayment obligations. Also responsible for maintaining accurate records of these interactions.
