- Lead project teams through the entire software development lifecycle, applying agile methodologies to manage project scope, timeline, and resources efficiently.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project hurdles and devise contingency plans.
- Facilitate the integration of new software solutions within client operations, providing training and support as necessary.
- Evaluate project outcomes, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement in our software development processes and product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management within the AEC software industry or related software development projects
- Understanding of AEC software tools processes, challenges, and technology trends.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
