    Key Responsibilities:

    Revenue - Co-ordinating with the Sales Ops team to prepare and maintain revenue report. Passing revenue entries in the books.

    GST - Monthly GST compliances, preparing and maintaining GST workings & reconciliations, follow up with vendors for GST input mismatch.

    Banks Reconciliation – Receipts & Payments Recording daily basis and BRS on weekly basis

    Refunds - Co-ordinating with the sales team with respect to customer refunds and maintaining a refund tracker.

    Day to Day Transactions Records (Finance & Accounts) Books Keeping.

    Books Closure Activities – Dr & Cr Ledger Reconciliation, Prepaid entries, etc

    Preparation of Reports – Debtors Ageing Reports (Time to Time), Receivable Reports Weekly basis, GST & TDS Payable Reports.

    Assisting in Internal & Statutory Audits.

    If any Finance & Accounts Department Works.
