Designation - Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location - Malkhed (Khadakwasla Backwaters), Pune (26 kms from Swargate, Pune)

Responsibilities -

• Attend clients on site. Give site orientation. Negotiate deal and achieve monthly bookings targets
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
• Maintain Client Relationships
• Present sales and recovery reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Assist in management of CRM, recovery and registrations

Skills -

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi (any 2 of 3 languages)
• Commendable negotiation, influential and presentation skills
• Fair idea of the technical and legal aspects of real estate
• Basic computer knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sales CRM

3+ years of experience in on-field sales is must
