As a cohesive team player, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising and a steadfast dedication to our clients' success. Your primary responsibilities will encompass nurturing and expanding our current client base while also spearheading the generation of new business opportunities. This entails the identification, implementation, and execution of innovative strategies to drive growth and development.

    Responsibilities

    1. Business Development Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive business strategy focused on prioritizing growth and expansion.

    2. Monthly Target Achievement: Set and monitor monthly targets for each team member to ensure the attainment of objectives.

    3. Client Engagement and Communication: Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on the progress of their projects and provide transparency regarding ongoing work.

    4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring client relationships founded on trust, effective communication, and mutual respect.

    5. Project Management: Manage and review the progress of client advertisement projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

    6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as account managers, creative directors, and digital specialists to coordinate and execute client campaigns successfully.

    7. Market Research and Sales Solutions: Conduct in-depth industry research to identify market trends and develop innovative sales solutions to meet client needs effectively.

    8. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data to measure results, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's/ Post Graduation Degree (Preferred - Business/Marketing)
    • 6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
