    Main Duties:

    Administration

  • Liaise with different departments for smooth and co-ordinated work.
  • Should ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.
  • Customer Service

  • Guest needs are handled promptly.
  • Every guest coming to the Health Club is attended to courteously
  • Financial

  • Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
  • Operational

  • Check for the equipments are in working condition
  • Ensure that the swimming pool area is neat and clean
  • Ensure that the water in swimming pool is safe for guest usage
  • Ensure that the lifeguards are around the swimming pool when guest are there
  • Ensure that the chlorine level in the swimming pool is not on higher side so as to guest eyes does not feel the pinch
  • Oversee the operations of the Spa
  • Ensure that the health club instructor is available through out the working hours
  • Ensure that before closing the area everything is in good condition so as to opening the next day is no issue
  • Ensure that the timing for the areas are adhered to
  • Making guest aware about the products kept in the gym and informing them about the proper usage of the same.
  • Personnel

  • Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective & efficient services.
  • Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Mumbai ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
  • Other Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness of the area
  • Helping other department in case of emergency.
