    Current Opening: Profit Centre Head

    Job Description: This role is extremely dynamic and entails managing different Business drivers and overall operations of the unit. Following is a list of KRAs for the role,

    • Building and Mentoring a high performing team of Recruiters
    • client relationships at the highest level and ensuring a continuous flow of mandates
    • SLAs and operational parameters for the branch, ensuring zero escalations and complaints
    • A complete view of mandate flow and successful closure of the same
    • Recruiter productivity through knowledge sharing, mentoring, feedbacking and structured reviews
    • Ensuring a motivated, co-ordial and positive atmosphere in the office, inspiring everybody to do their best
    • Connect and rapport at leadership level across client organizations

    Qualification & Skill set:

    • 5 yrs of exp in a people management role
    • understanding of General functions like HR/Finance/ Marketing/ SCM/ Operations
    • communication skills
    • and ability to connect at senior level
    • MBA degree from a good college
    • Recruitment Agency background preferred

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Our C&B structure is designed to reward the extraordinary at each and every level. The remuneration offered has following components,

    A: Fixed Salary

    B: Monthly incentives

    C: Annual bonuses

    The salary offered will be a combination of all these components and will be no bar for the the right candidate.
