- Preparation & Maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance to accounting norms and standards
- Finalize the accounts along with necessary schedules and annexure.
- Monitor funds flow and ensure optimum utilization of available funds for business operations.
- Compliance of GST and Filing GST returns
- Compliance related to Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), Filing of Quarterly Returns Issuance of TDS Certificates
- Attend and prepare for Tax Audit, GST Audit
- Handling of Day to Day Banking activities
- Preparation of MIS
- Familiar with Indian Accounting Standards
- Interact with Auditors, address queries raised and ensure audits are completed as per schedule.
- Working knowledge of ORACLE systems
