    Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Americas Region

    We are a trusted provider of automated certificate lifecycle management solutions to leading organizations worldwide. Our AVX ONE platform enables complete certificate lifecycle management and PKI-as-a-Service, streamlining automation workflows to prevent outages, reduce security incidents, and enable crypto-agility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive customer onboarding and adoption of our product, identifying new business opportunities by being a customer advocate.
    • Work closely with customers to discover their business objectives and challenges, coaching them on how to use AppViewX to solve them.

    Onboarding

    Collaborate with Sales teams to transition the account from Pre-Sales to Customer Success Management. Establish critical goals and key performance indicators for Go-live. Work with the Onboarding team to ensure customers are onboarded quickly, meeting key objectives within a stipulated time frame.

    Adoption and Value Quantification

    Accelerate adoption of new solutions by prioritizing projects that deliver the best ROI within the shortest time frame. Drive value realization through Quarterly Business reviews and adoption workshops. Understand customer pain points and coordinate between Product Management and Support groups.

    Customer Experience/Engagement

    Increase retention, adoption, user experience, and happiness as part of every customer engagement strategy. Partner with CS Operations to plan outreach campaigns based on customer interests. Meet and exceed weekly/Monthly/Quarterly engagement goals for providing touch points for existing customers.

    Rewal /Upsell/Cross Sell

    Maintain Annual Recurring Revenue from assigned accounts by managing account retention and renewal. Identify Upsell/Cross-sell opportunities in existing customers with Account Sales teams.

    Requirements:

    • Customer-facing experience in Solutioning/Post Sale Support/Customer Success/Project management with a Technical background.
    • Flexible to work in the US (4 pm - 1 am IST).
    • Strong customer management skills during advocacy/escalation with ability to influence clients' decisions.
