- Post Graduation from premier institutes (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 14 years of relevant work experience in venture capital, consulting, or investment banking.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Indepth understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
