Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to junior engineers, designers, and support staff.

3. Design and Planning: Develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and create plans for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, dams, and buildings.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

5. Client Communication: Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits.

7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and safety of completed projects.

8. Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

10.Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

11.Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in civil engineering.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Civil Engineering/ related field.

Proven experience working as an Civil ENgineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating innovative and inspiring interior spaces.

Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
