    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at FLY Consulting Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
    • Experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required
    • Ability to handle high-stress situations and difficult customers with professionalism
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software applications
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Ability to convince and persuade customers

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming / Outbound customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner
    • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and systems
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
    • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
    • Keep abreast of product and service information
    • Team up with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service
    • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements
