- Call Monitoring (voice inbound process)
- Feedback to be given for the monitored calls
- Preparing reports on Quality, variance in calibrations
- Performing activities such as live audits, side by side barging, and floor walk to monitor the process and identify areas of improvement.
- Conducting sessions such as tape review, briefing and calibration for standardization
- Initiatives for process improvement
- Completion of assignment given by team
- Ability to manage pressure and stretch as per work requirements
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Candidate average quality score for the last 3 months should be 85% or above (not being fatal and no complaints)
