    Overview

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Assisting withrecruitment and onboarding processes
    • SupportingHR administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining employeerecords
    • Participating in employee engagementinitiatives and events
    • Conducting research onHR best practices and industry trends
    • Assistingwith performance managementprocesses
    • Supporting the development andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
    • Participating in diversity andinclusion initiatives
    • Assisting with trainingand development programs
    • Supporting employeerelations activities
    • Participating in HRprojects and special assignments
    • Assisting withbenefits administration
    • Participating in HRmeetings and taking meeting minutes
    • SupportingHR communications and internalevents
    • Conducting exit interviews and analyzingfeedback
    • Assisting with HR compliance andregulatory requirements

    RequiredQualifications

    • Currently enrolled ina relevant Bachelors or Masters degreeprogram
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career inHR
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice applications
    • Strong attention to detailand accuracy
    • Ability to adapt to fastpaced anddynamic work environment
    • Understanding of HRprinciples and best practices is a plus
    • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple taskseffectively
    • Proactive and selfmotivatedattitude
    • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems is aplus
    • Understanding of employment laws andregulations is a plus
    • Previous HR oradministrative experience is aplus
