    Job Title: Field Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    As a Field Sales Manager for women's ethnic wear, your role will involve overseeing sales activities and business development within a specific region outside Delhi. This position requires frequent travel, approximately 15-20 days in a month, to various locations within the assigned region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's women's ethnic wear products.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the assigned region.

    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retail stores, boutiques, and distributors, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

    3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.

    4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities. Utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies and capitalize on market trends.

    5. Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the sales team operating within the region, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and offering mentorship.

    5. Travel and Client Visits: Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet clients, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and build strong business relationships. This may require staying at various locations for 15-20 days per month.

    6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and present findings to the management team.

    Requirements:

    Experience:

    1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.

    2. Regional Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the specific region's market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural sensitivities related to women's ethnic wear.

    3. Sales Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead a sales team, set targets, and drive results.

    4. Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, negotiate deals, and present ideas to stakeholders.

    5. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, spending 15-20 days per month away from the base location.

    6. Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections with potential clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
