Summary/Objective:
Theprimary objective of hiring a Project Coordinator is to efficientlymanage customer data oversee project development and ensure thesuccessful deployment of websites.
Responsibilities/Duties:
1.
Customer Data and ProjectManagement:
Effectively managecustomer data and all the related information.
Ensureaccurate documentation and organization of work flowdetails.
Collaborate with the Design team for creatingmockups and visuals.
Communicate design concepts andseek customer approval via emailcorrespondence.
2.
Development and ProgressTracking:
Liaise with the Development team to facilitate smooth taskflow.
Monitor and track work progress ensuring adherenceto timelines.
Verify websites to ensure alignment withcustomerrequirements.
3.
Testing and QualityAssurance:
Coordinate with theTesting Department to assess task status and identifybugs.
Collaborate with team members to address andresolve identified issues.
Ensure rigorous testing tomaintain highquality websitedeliverables.
4.
Customer Engagement andFeedback:
Deliver betaversions of websites to customers for review andfeedback.
Collaborate with team members to implementcustomersuggested changes to beta websites.
Act as apoint of contact for customer feedback and promptly address theirconcerns.
Need to communicate with customers over emailfor their concerns andchanges
5.
Website Deployment and LiveProcess:
Manage the transitionfrom beta to live website by following customerapprovals.
Oversee the live website deployment processensuring a seamless transition.
Implementcustomerrequested changes postapproval ensuring a polished finalproduct.
6.
Product Management:
Effectively manage and Upload customer and vendor productinformation.
Collaborate with the team to ensureaccurate representation of products on the website.
Update and maintain product details to provide uptodate informationtocustomers.
7.
Website Maintenance and ContinuousImprovement:
Facilitatedaytoday website changes and improvements to enhance userexperience.
Proactively identify opportunities forwebsite optimization and suggestimprovements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Good to have ITbackground.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinatorrole.
Experience in IT sector ismust.
Skills:
Clearly articulate ideas and project requirements.
Foster open and transparent communication within the projectteam.
Prioritize tasks and manage timeefficiently.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneouslywithout compromising quality.
Be proactive inidentifying potential problems and addressing thempromptly.
Navigate unforeseen challenges withflexibility and resilience.
Ensure accuracy in projectdocumentation and datamanagement.
