- Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients
- Working with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
- Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists
- Use marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns,template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
- Set up deal stages and pipelines
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
- 5-8 years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
