Roles & Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing marketing plans aligned with corporate and brand directives, while also reflecting local priorities.
• Establishing brand awareness on social media platforms by creating awareness and consideration and developing a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Demonstrating proficiency across all social media platforms, particularly , and staying abreast of the latest trends, tools, metrics, insights, and processes.
• Driving branding and communications for performance marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of social media and performance marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments as required.
• Creating and overseeing all marketing materials and collateral to ensure alignment with the brand's direction.
• Managing communications spending and collaborating with vendors and agencies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging and communication strategies.
• Drive collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction for Pan India Projects.
• Keen market insight to pre-empt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly.
• Creating a roadmap to gain share of customers mind and customer's wallet.
• Conceptualizing, managing, and maintaining loyalty and reward programs.
• Formulating customer contests and customer referral programs based on app/digital/other platforms.
• Creating successful customer engagements at events & exhibitions.
• Carrying out Sales site based campaigns.
• Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Managing a library of customer success stories/testimonials.
• Identifying customers and their current and future needs, monitoring the competition and adapting strategies accordingly
Requirements:
• Candidates with a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the B2B sector. Min 5 year experience
• Candidate should be excited about the opportunity to work with a leading B2B loyalty platform and eager to contribute fresh ideas to the team
• Candidate who can strike a balance between independent thinking and effective teamwork
• Having a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset will be essential in this role as you analyze campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
