    Salary for this role: 30K to 40K INR per month + incentive

    Role Description

    The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with a network of influencers, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and reporting insights to the team and clients. This is a full-time role.

    What will your daily responsibilities as a Influencer Marketing Specialist look like?

    • Identify, recruit and assist in the management of influencer campaigns.
    • Handling the entire client life cycle end-to-end.
    • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
    • Help build out Mezink's creator community.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
    • Building strategic relationships with leading talent management agencies throughout India.
    • Establishing innovative methods of maximizing brand awareness & user acquisitions for brand campaigns.
    • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
    • Develop content ideas and create content accurately.
    • Brainstorm new, creative approaches for influencer campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate with atleast 1-2 years of experience
    • Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer campaigns is preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with influencers and clients
    • Excellent project management skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
