    Description


    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Real Estate Builder/Developer and Data Centre segments, identify target accounts, and drive revenue growth.


    • Identify key pain areas of the segments from the facilities standpoints and automation/digitisation opportunities to create value
    • Identify key accounts to go after and go deep into these accounts. Create complete account map for various different BUs of the builder/developer community
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a highperforming sales team, setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, influencers, and stakeholders in both industries, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to drive business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions, value propositions, and gotomarket strategies that address customer needs and differentiate our offerings.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, expansion, and enhancement.
    • Forecast sales projections, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to promote our brand and generate leads
    • Evaluate partnership opportunities for partners to take some of our building automation, ESG, Hybrid workplace and CAFM solutions to their tenants
