    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the digital marketing and IT industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or IT industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and IT industry trends

    Roles and Responsibilites

    Identify New Sales leads.

    Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect for new Clients by networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

    Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
