    Role Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be a member of the Data and Privacy Impact Assessment Team. Candidate must have a good knowledge on privacy and understanding and experience in designing, building and implementing privacy artefacts.

    Data and Privacy Impact Assessment is a part of Data Shield Programme that aims to uplift data and privacy in existing processes and controls and to improve customer experience.

    This role will involve working within the Privacy specialists, interacting with the various Business and Functions teams, with 2nd line Compliance colleagues and technology to design, implement & operationalise capabilities for robust, streamlined and customer centric Data & Privacy management.

    Other workstreams' LeadsOther ResponsibilitiesDefine requirements relative to data management and privacy;Develop and implement privacy artefacts;Draft / update policies, guidelines, procedures and documentation as required based on external or internal changes;Design/ re-design processes and controls to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards in the most efficient, streamlined and customer centric way for the Group;Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes or controls and partner to implement enhancements;Facilitate the choice and implementation of technology solutions, including, but not limited to requirements gathering, driving build vs buy decisions, system implementation, testing;Support the embedding of new processes into BAU and target operating model design with relevant stakeholders;Provide subject matter expert advice on the data and privacy risk and controls;Support change and adoption including, but not limited to, creating communications ( launch campaigns), training materials as well as delivery of training;Facilitate the change management and adoption of internal controls working with stakeholders across 2nd line Compliance, various Business and Functions, and Technology teamsCollaborate with the Legal, Data Security, Information Technology and Compliance departments to identify and control data, records and privacy risksOur Ideal CandidateEducation:
