What you'll be doing
• Extensive delivery management of data warehousing programmes and proven experience on fast-paced data analytics projects.
• Candidate should have knowledge and hands-on on cloud platforms preferable GCP
• Having experience on data migrations & transformation from on-premise to cloud.
• To engage with Openreach CTIO and Business Capability teams and maintain a single source truth throughout the release lifecycle
• For own projects - follows the Release process [Standard Waterfall & Agile] end-to-end:-
o Works closely with Business Capability Leads to ensure Release scope is defined on agreed milestone date to meet business ask.
o Ensure that platforms/components have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments.
o Work closely with Component teams/Leads during development phase, remove dependencies & Manage delivery plans to E2E test, identify and manage cross domain technical dependencies.
o Maintain reports on delivery status including development, CIT/SIT and E2E Testing.
o Manages agile deliverables across various domains/tribes/squads.
• Acts as the point of contact for Components and E2E Test throughout the delivery and test phase, providing direction in resolving escalated issues and co-ordinating timely resolution.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application of business objectives and alternatives for service delivery, Scoped in Release or otherwise.
• Responsible to build a cohesive team by championing quality, integrating team efforts through status meetings, sharing appropriate information, and building depth of expertise.
• Provide and produce reports, documents, and information on a regular and ad-hoc basis, so that management and others are fully appraised, ensuring informed decisions can be made.
• Owns finances for projects at IP Level, able to track and report on forecast and actual spend and to explain anomalies to finance teams
• Owns resolution of all production defects identified because of a Release.

• Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams to ensure delivery to cost, quality and time.
• Understands, collates and document business requirements in an easy-to-understand manner for variety of audience
• Creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area.
• Has in-depth understanding of Project management tenets like cost management, stakeholder management, risk management, etc.
• extensive knowledge of data warehousing and proven experience on fast-paced data analytics projects.
• Candidate should have knowledge and hands-on on cloud platforms preferable GCP and has appropriate certifications
• Scaled Agile certified and has in depth understanding of scrum and agile and working with multiple teams.
• Experienced user of, and/or accredited in, a formal Project Management methodology such as Prince2 or PMP.
