Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and Fresher / experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling staffing services, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Identify and target new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
• Track and report on sales performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
