    Description

    As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recognizing new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
    • Set and met sales earnings targets
    • Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
    • Designing and planning various sales activities
    • Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
    • Researching competitors' products, prices, and marketing insights
    • Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops

    Desired Candidates Profile:
