    Job Title: Security and Infrastructure Architect

    Job Location: Remote (UK Shift)

    Job Summary:

    As a Security and Infrastructure Architect, your primary responsibility is to conceive, construct, and supervise the execution of network and computer security measures within our organization. This pivotal role mandates a profound comprehension of both hardware and software systems, coupled with a robust command of security protocols and technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute security architectures for IT ventures.
    • Evaluate and mitigate system security threats and risks across the program life cycle.
    • Administer and configure physical and virtual infrastructure encompassing firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
    • Devise and execute comprehensive disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
    • Conduct security assessments and audits, furnishing recommendations to bolster data systems security.
    • Collaborate with IT management to synchronize security management with business and IT strategies.
    • Stay abreast of emerging security trends, issues, and control technologies.
    • Spearhead the assimilation of new technology and the enhancement of existing processes for fortified security.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated proficiency in infrastructure security.
    • Possession of a professional security management certification, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
    • Profound understanding of contemporary security principles, techniques, and protocols.
    • Proven track record in constructing and sustaining security systems.
    • In-depth technical acumen in database and operating system security, coupled with hands-on experience in network security, networking technologies, and system, security, and network monitoring tools.
    • Thorough comprehension of disaster recovery and familiarity with computer forensic tools, technologies, and methodologies.
    • Exemplary planning, organizational, and problem-solving proficiencies.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
